The Indian Outsourcing Software has been around in the market for quite a while now. However, the need of outsourcing has been never so much in the demand as in these days. Further more, with the increase of the competition in the market; the method of outsourcing could be a boon. Quality of the software is the main criterion that needs to be fulfilled before any company goes for software outsourcing. Several market index studies can be conducted by the company before going for this risky business. Indian software outsourcing has been creating opportunities which help major companies exercise their flexible technology while they are emphasizing on the quality service of their acts. The due notification of its flaws can be done by the companies and can promote itself in the Indian market. However, the company in order to maximize their profit can also under take complete or autonomous software outsourcing in which the design of the project, software development and software testing are included. Proper and efficient completion of these activities returns the company with huge profit and future business as well.

Outsourcing Software development services, however, has its own certain draw backs. A careful and efficient categorization is needed in this regard, because both money and time are major requirements over here. Thus this act seems not to be totally safe. Somehow, if the terms of outsourcing agreement are taken into consideration with full supervision of legal Indian system, then seldom problems are generated. The aim of the proposal and the decision of taking these outsourcing must aloof from racial and cultural grounds. The companies should do a rigorous market survey and make a huge knowledge bank about the country from where they are outsourcing, before taking the decision of outsourcing from a country.
